The Yamaha MT 15 was launched last week with a price tag of Rs 1.36 lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi). While we would have loved to see the MT 15 priced a bit lower, it will manage to attract a lot a footfalls at Yamaha showrooms. Just like for a few other Yamaha models, the company has launched a few accessories for the MT 15 as well.
The Japanese maker is offering after-market tank pad for Rs 190. Seat covers and pillion footrest are being sold at Rs 350 and Rs 450 respectively. There’s a skid plate on offer as well for Rs 500. For those who plan to tour on the MT 15, there’s a handlebar mounted USB charging port and mobile holder at Rs 750 and Rs 350 respectively.
Dealers in metro cities who mentioned that more accessories will be added in the future. According to them, there’s a lot of demand for such accessories for motorcycles like FZ and the R15. Customers are willing to spend a few thousand rupees for accessorizing their motorcycles.
